Common pricing questions

Cashvyne does not offer a self-serve free trial due to the bank connection setup required. We offer a structured 30-day pilot with onboarding assistance — contact us to begin.

All plans include onboarding assistance: bank connection setup, entity hierarchy mapping, ERP integration configuration, and initial model training. Most customers are live within 48 hours.

No. All plans include unlimited users. The pricing is based on entity count and integrations — not headcount. Your CFO, treasurer, controller, and outside accountants can all access without additional cost.

Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Professional at any time as your entity count grows. We pro-rate the difference from your upgrade date. Downgrades are processed at the next billing cycle.

Month-to-month and annual contracts are available. Annual contracts receive a 15% discount. Enterprise agreements are typically 12 or 24 months with custom terms.

Cashvyne uses OAuth tokens or bank-provisioned API keys — it never stores your online banking username/password. For SFTP connections, SSH key pairs are used. Credentials are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256.
