How live positioning actually works
15-Minute Refresh Cycle
Cashvyne polls connected bank accounts every 15 minutes via direct API. SFTP connections are polled on the bank's delivery cadence (typically hourly).
Multi-Currency Conversion
Balances in non-USD currencies are converted at mid-market rates (updated hourly) for group-total calculations. Original currency balances are always visible.
Entity & Account Hierarchy
Your legal entity structure maps to account groupings. Filter by entity, currency, bank, or account type. Drill from group view to individual account in one click.
Low-Balance Alerts
Set per-entity minimum thresholds. Cashvyne alerts by email when an account approaches your minimum — before the bank does.
