Questions before you start.
Invoice volume is counted as the number of open invoices in your AR portfolio at any point during the billing month. An open invoice is one that has been issued but not yet fully paid or written off. We take the peak count during the month, not an average. If you're near your tier limit, we'll notify you in the dashboard before you exceed it.
We won't cut you off or degrade service. You'll receive a notification and a prompt to upgrade to the next tier. Risk scoring continues uninterrupted for all invoices. You have 7 days from the first overage notification to upgrade before we apply the next tier rate.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — your access continues through the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the renewal date. We don't charge cancellation fees. Your data export is available for 90 days after cancellation.
Yes. Paying annually saves approximately 16% versus monthly billing. Starter drops from $299/month to $249/month (billed $2,988/year). Growth drops from $699/month to $579/month (billed $6,948/year). The annual toggle above shows exact pricing. Custom plans have separate negotiated terms.
Starter supports QuickBooks Online and Xero via OAuth. Growth adds NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Custom plans can add any ERP with an accessible API or exportable aging data. If you use a system not listed here, contact us — we regularly add integrations based on customer requests.
